Yesterday was the final starting day of the $55 Main Event of the MEC Poker Open Online ($20k guaranteed prize pool). There were 141 entries in Day 1C bringing the total number of entries for the Main Event to 397 entries.

At the end of level 18, 27 players remained. Among them are 8 Belgians, 1 Bulgarian and 18 Dutch. Wouter de Graaf finished on top with 1,286,149 chips. Wouter finished 3rd during the last live edition of the MEC Poker Open for €12,099 after a 3-way deal.
Day 2 of the $55 Main Event takes place tonight at 7pm. Of the 69 players, 6 players will remain empty-handed. The first payout (56-63) is $108.99. For the number 1 there is $3,639.97 waiting and of course a nice trophy!
The average stack for the start of Day 2 is currently 567,860. Day 2 starts with the 7/14k (1.75k) blind level, so there is still plenty of room to play with over 40 big blinds.
